We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are non-returnable include:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, lingerie, hygiene products)

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for sending your item back.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full or partial refund depending on condition will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

If your refund is late or missing:

  • Then contact your credit card company and/or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

 

6. Right to Refuse Returns

Mariposa Velvet reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. Items returned to us without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
